die unser körperliches, mentales, emotionales und energetisches Gleichgewicht
beeinflussen.
Durch bewusste Berührung, Bewegung und vertiefte Körperwahrnehmung werden wir die
orgasmische Kraft dieser Organe freischalten, erforschen und expandieren.
Je tiefer die Verbindung zu den einzelnen Elementen und ihren Organen wird, desto mehr
kann sich deine Sexualität aus innerer Fülle, Natürlichkeit und Vollkommenheit entfalten.

unleashing your sexual energy in a balanced way
In Taoism you distinguish 5 different energies outside of your body that are represantations of your internal world as well. Metal, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth are alive in your body and in your environment too. They have a great impact on your overall wellbeing, on your aliveness and also on your sexuality. During 5 days, you will dive deep into your inner realms and will feel pathways that connect you with your body´s intelligence. You will explore how these elements shape not only your health on a physical, energetical, emotional and mental level but also how they can be felt and expressed within your sexuality. By doing so you will be able to upcharge your sexual aliveness which has a huge healing capacity. It will bring you a joy of life that is just waiting for you to be discovered.
In this retreat we will do many partner excercises in order to reconnect with your body. Furthermore we will practise a special sexual qi gong set called “white dragon qi gong”. With the help of those movements you will feel a deep sense of centeredness, rootedness and connection. You will experience the power of a dragon who feels at ease with all the elements.
